While each member shares our core values of integrity, dedication, loyalty, compassion, and excellence, we also hold a firm conviction to develop and cultivate a team with many personalities and unique skill sets.
Kristin Fetterman
Kristin grew up as a North Dakota farm and ranch kid, where she developed a strong work ethic. By age 19, she was managing multiple wireless retail storefronts. In 2005, she relocated to Bozeman, where she often spent the summer vacations of her youth fishing the Yellowstone with her father.
Upon moving to Bozeman, Kristin was hired as the Office Manager for a long-standing brokerage and property management firm, where she developed lifelong industry friendships and mentors. In 2007, she stepped into entrepreneurship and opened her own doors. She spent the next ten years managing a small portfolio of approximately 150 units while raising her young children. With her children in school full time, she began to expand and develop the team for Connect Property Management in 2017. Her mentors passed on the baton of LRD Company when they retired in 2018.
Kristin is the founder of Connect Property Management and serves as our accounting, leasing, and marketing manager. Kristin is dually licensed as a Montana Property Manager (RRE-RPM-LIC-775) and a Montana Salesperson (RRE-RBS-LIC-32210).
Jayson Fetterman
Jayson spent 20 Years in the finance industry overseeing large operational teams across several states. In 2005, he moved divisions from operations to sales and managed multiple top-tier branches for Wells Fargo and KeyBank. Jayson has also served as a consultant in website development, IT Infrastructure, and SEO strategy.
While banking moved Jayson to many states, it was marriage that brought him home to Montana and into the world of Investment Property Management. He is passionate about coaching the team, raising his four children, and volunteering with the youth at his local church.
Jayson joined our team in 2017. He handles our Operations, HR Management, and Information Technology. Jayson is dully licensed as a Montana Property Manager (RRE-RPM-LIC-62744) and a Montana Salesperson (RRE-RBS-LIC-98995).
David Perlstein
David is a graduate of UW Madison with a major in History. After college, he moved back to his native Chicago, where he spent ten years working in the Financial Markets. In 2002, David took a vacation to the “Wild West” and fell in love with Bozeman, Montana. He never looked back.
David has owned and managed investment properties in the Gallatin Valley for 17 years. He deeply enjoys reviving historical properties. Additionally, he is an avid collector of Montana History. He works alongside private collectors and Museums to preserve collections for the education and enjoyment of future generations.
While David has worked alongside Kristin for 15 years, he officially joined Connect Property Management in 2019 as our Business Development Specialist. David is a Montana Licensed Salesperson (RRE-RBS-LIC-53554).
